To enhance absorption, it is paired with flaxseed oil, as Vitamin D is fat-soluble and best taken with a healthy source of fat.

Vitamin D3 4000IU is a food supplement in pearl form, based on cholecalciferol, in a flax seed oil lipid medium.

Take 1 softgel, 1 time a day with a meal. Best time to take is the morning.
