Refund Policy

WE WILL GLADLY ACCEPT ANY ITEM PURCHASED FROM BLISSFUL FOR ANY REASON WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE.

Refunds will be made promptly upon receipt of unopened items to the original payment method made at the time of purchase.

Temperature-sensitive (refrigerated) items must be returned in person to our store within 14 days for a store credit, unless the item is damaged or defective.

Blissful reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with our requirements.

THEN, JUST PACK IT UP AND SEND IT TO US:

Send your purchase and receipt to our Returns Team. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period. Temperature sensitive items should be shipped 2-3 day delivery.

Bring your purchase and receipt to our store and receive a refund to original form of tender.

Return & Refund Policy


Thank you for shopping at Blissful! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to help. 

Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and as-new. The item must be in the original packaging and you’ll need the receipt/proof of purchase please!

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we’ll check it out and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. 

Shipping
You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is returned to us after failure to deliver, you are liable for the shipping costs.

Any Other Issues

If there is anything wrong with your order, you have 14 calendar days from the date of order to contact us via email and raise an issue. Any issues beyond this date will not be considered.
