WHAT IS SLEEP CARE POWDER?

Sleep Care powder by EssentialSeries is a powder vegan food supplement based on amino acids, melatonin and magnesium.

Sleep Care powder is intended for use as a hot drink or infusion.

The new format is ideal – Sleep Care is developed for use at night, before sleep, exactly when a hot drink is most comforting.

How to Use

Mix 2 scoops of 5ml (approx. 10g) with 150-300ml of warm water, take 1 time a day before going to sleep.

Ingredients

Glycine, inulin, magnesium citrate, natural flavouring, gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), L-theanine (produced through a plant fermentation process), acid (malic acid), Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract (16:1) [98% 5-hydroxy-L-tryptophan (5-HTP)], colour (ammonia caramel), melatonin.

Warnings

Store in a cool (below 25°C), dry and dark place. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of the smallest children. Nutritional supplements should not be used to replace a balanced diet. It is necessary to maintain a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. An excessive consumption can cause intestinal discomfort. Avoid consumption in conjunction with medicines and other fibre-based food supplements. The scoop/product quantity equivalences (grams or milligrams) are indicative, as the density of powdered products may vary between flavours and batches. It is recommend to use a kitchen scale in cases where precise dosing is required.
