Natural Vitality CALM® for Kids Sleep Gummies were developed specifically for those occasional times children need sleep support. They feature Natural Vitality CALM® along with L-Theanine (a relaxing amino acid) and melatonin, which helps the body ease into a restful sleep.

For children 4 years and older: we suggest starting off chewing and swallowing a half gummy per day before bedtime and gradually increasing to one gummy, or as directed by your child's pediatrician.

Not recommended for long-term use or use in children under 4. Consult your child's pediatrician before using this product if your child is experiencing long-term sleep difficulties, if your child has kidney problems or an obstructed bowel, or currently taking medication or has a medical condition. Do not drive or operate machinery when taking this product.

Keep kids safe: To avoid choking, give gummies only to children who can easily swallow chewy foods. Children should be seated and under adult supervision when consuming this product.
