Milk Thistle & Berberis Aristata - Get to know them!

These two plants are the stars of the HSN Berberine 175mg & Milk Thistle (Silymarin 210mg) Complex product. You might not have heard of them as they're not common in Europe, but let us introduce you:

The closest to us is the Cardo Mariano, scientifically Silybum marianum, a plant native to the Mediterranean but currently almost non-existent in the area. It's now naturalised all over the world, and can be found in greater quantities in Asia and central European countries where it's resistant to cold temperatures thanks to its unique composition.

Berberis aristata is the most 'exotic' as its native origin is Nepal and India and can be found in the high up in the Himalayas, thousands of metres above sea level. From the richness of the soil, it gets the nutrients required to grow their famous berberine alkaloids. This is why the 'Berberis' plant is so popular as a dietary supplement.

Take 2 vegetable capsules 1 time a day, preferably with a meal.
