Nutmeg Essential Oil has a warm, spicy and festive aroma. it is a popular oil for diffusing in the Winter months to create a warming and festive atmosphere, this oil blends wonderfully with other spice and citrus oils. This warming oil can also be used to help soothe and warm the body and relieve aching muscles, ideal after a long day!

For a warming bath on a cold winter’s night, blend 1 drop each of Nutmeg, Benzoin and Geranium in 10ml of Peach Kernel oil, add to the water and soak in it for 10 minutes.

LIFT YOUR SPIRITS: To create the perfect atmosphere over the festive season, add 1 drop each of Nutmeg and Cinnamon Leaf, with 3 drops of Mandarin to the water in an oil burner or diffuser.
