What is 5-HTP 100mg?
5-HTP 100mg by EssentialSeries is a food supplement based on 5-hydroxytryptophan extracted from the seeds of the plant Griffonia simpicifolia 16 times more concentrated than the seed in a natural form, nicotinic acid and D-calcium pantothenate in vegetable capsules.

Take 1 vegetable capsule 1 time a day on an empty stomach before going to sleep.

Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract [15:1, 25% hidroxy-5-L-tryptophan (5-HTP)], vegetable capsule [glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose)], rice flour, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), anti-caking agent (tricalcium phosphate), maltodextrin, methylcobalamin (vitamin B12).
