How to Use:

Add the powder to a mug. Add enough boiling or cold water on top to cover the powder. Let it fizz until dissolved. If using cold water let it fizz for 10-15 min. Fill the rest of the mug with cold water or herbal tea and consume.

Dosage

Plantforce® Magnesium can be taken with or in between meals. The daily serving of 2.5 g (1 teaspoon or 5 ml) can be taken as a single serving or divided into 2-3 smaller serving sizes and taken throughout the day.

Ingredients:

Natural: Magnesium carbonate, citric acid (from sugar beets).

Passionfruit: Magnesium carbonate, citric acid (from suger beets), natural passion fruit flavour, stevia extract (steviol glycosides).

When the powder is mixed in water, a reaction takes place between magnesium carbonate and citric acid, that causes fizzling in the water. The acid from the citric acid and the carbonate from magnesium carbonate reacts and neutralize each other. The process creates ionic magnesium citrate, also called magnesium citrate 1:1, which is a highly absorbable source of magnesium.
