How to Use:

Mix 2 scoops of 5ml (approx. 10g) with 150-300ml of warm water, take 1 time a day before going to sleep.

Glycine, inulin, magnesium citrate, natural flavouring, gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), L-theanine (produced through a plant fermentation process), acid (malic acid), Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract (16:1) [98% 5-hydroxy-L-tryptophan (5-HTP)], colour (ammonia caramel), melatonin.
