This product provides 30 mg of pure elemental iron in a highly bioavailable form as chelated iron bisglycinate, using Albion™ Minerals Ferrochel™ raw material, and is suitable for vegan diets. Iron contributes to normal psychological function, energy metabolism, immune system function, and the process of cell division, while also supporting the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, normal transport of oxygen in the body, and helping reduce tiredness and fatigue. With its high elemental iron content, Ferrochel™ chelated iron bisglycinate forms a highly bioavailable mineral salt; unlike most iron forms that carry a positive electrical charge, Ferrochel™ is ionically neutral, supporting efficient absorption.

How to Use:

Take 1 vegetable capsule in the morning, preferably on an empty stomach.

Ingredients:

Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), chelated ferrous bisglycinate, vegetable capsule [glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose)], anti-caking agent (L-leucine).
