Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), D-chiro-inositol (inositol), vegetarian capsule [glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose)], zinc citrate, anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids), maltodextrin, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), chromium picolinate.
