Liquid methyl B complex in a purified water base and without allergens. It contains metabolically active forms of B vitamins including B12 (as methylcobalamin) and folate (as methyl folate). Methylfolate (or 5-MTHF) is a natural form of folate found in green leafy vegetables and is already activated and so prepared that our body can use it.
