B2B Sales Representative

We are currently searching for a talented and passionate B2B Sales Representative to join our fantastic team.

Blissful brings the best tried and tested health and wellness products to Malta. We are now looking to distribute our products across the Maltese Islands and this is where you will join our team to help us achieve this.

We are looking for a B2B Sales representative to grow our commercial sales.

 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Selling our selected brands to the relevant businesses.
  • Promoting and the onboarding of the relevant business and/or practitioners to our affiliate program.
  • Establishing, developing, and maintaining business relationships with prospective customers.
  • To generate new business for the organization’s products
  • Communicating via electronic means, visit clients and delivers presentations to existing and prospective customers to create and enhance rapport
  • Researching sources for developing prospective customers
  • Developing clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
  • Responsible for maintaining excellent customer relations; resolves customer requirements by understanding their needs and matching the right items to these needs; offering alternatives if item wanted is not available; upselling when possible.
  • Studying competition and thinks about new ideas to improve service
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing Company targets and goals as needed 

 

Skillsets and Requirements

  • A good background knowledge and interest on health is a must
  • Must have a flair for sales, excellent negotiation skills and a charismatic personality
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Valid B driving license
  • Knowledge of Maltese and a good level of English is required

 

Education & Experience

  • Experience in Sales is a must, whilst previous experience within a similar industry is considered an asset
  • Be computer literate with an ECDL Certificate seen as an asset but not a must

 

Eligibility:

  • Can speak and write in Maltese and English.
  • Authorized to work in Malta or have a valid Maltese work permit / visa will be considered for the above position.
  • A valid Maltese driving license.
