Add the powder to a mug. Add enough boiling or cold water on top to cover the powder. Let it fizz until dissolved. If using cold water let it fizz for 10-15 min. Fill the rest of the mug with cold water or herbal tea and consume.

When the powder is mixed in water, a reaction that results in fizzling takes place between magnesium carbonate and citric acid.
