Time-Release Melatonin (4.2mg Melotime™) is a food supplement in chewable tablets, made from granulated time-release melatonin (Melotime™) and vitamin B12 in the form of methylcobalamin.

Time-release: HSN used a unique ingredient in this supplement's formula: Melotime™. A sustained-release melatonin that, according to its trademark owner's statement (Inventia Healthcare Ltd) is released over 8 hours, releasing 50% of the dose in the first hour and the rest gradually over the remaining others.

Take 1 chewable tablet, 1 time a day 30 minutes before bedtime.

Stabiliser (sorbitol), stabiliser (isomalt), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), colouring (beetroot red), stabiliser (hydroxypropyl cellulose), anti-caking agent (magnesium trisilicate), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), natural flavouring, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), granulated time-release melatonin, thickener (guar gum), maltodextrin, sweetener (sucralose), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12).

Warnings

Store in a cool (below 25°C), dry and dark place. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of the smallest children.
